Cornucopia's rates depend on menu, service style and number of guests. The following is an estimate to help guide you. Please contact us and we will be happy to prepare a personalized estimate for you. Please note: A deposit of $100 will be collected to secure your date. If you cancel within 24 hours of the event, the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel within a week your deposit will be good towards another event. If you have to cancel prior to 2 weeks before your event, you will receive your deposit back in full.
Chef's Table for Four:
Demonstration cooking class (with some limited optional hands-on) for 4 people out of our home, $110 per person for 4 courses
4-course Cooking demonstration parties: (4 courses, fee does not include wine, rentals or optional gratuity) $100 per person, minimum 6 students, maximum 10
5-course Cooking demonstration parties: (5 courses, fee does not include wine, rentals or gratuity) $125 per person, minimum 6 students, maximum 10
5-course dinner party (no cooking demonstration): (served restaurant-style, fee does not include wine, rentals, sales tax or optional gratuity) $90 per person, minimum 6 people, maximum 10 people
Hors d'oeuvres parties: (minimum 10 people, maximum 20, does not include wine, rentals, sales tax or optional gratuity --- served on platters and trays)
5 dishes: $50 per person, 6 dishes: $60pp, 7 dishes: $70pp, 8 dishes: $80pp
The ultimate dinner experience:
8-course meal with optional cooking demos with wines paired by sommelier April Pogue (fee does not include rentals, sales tax or gratuity) range of $180-$225 per person, minimum 4 people.

Kitchen Renovation/Design Consultation:
I've helped PCC design their teaching kitchens and I've renovated my own kitchen, doing much of the work myself. I can show you elements of my kitchen that help a cook be more efficient and how I incorporated green design into my renovation. I can also go to your house and consult with you about your renovation plans. $125 per hour, over 3 hours, the price is reduced to $100 per hour.
I've gone into client's homes and kindly, efficiently and brutally :) worked with them to give their kitchen tools and mystery pantry ingredients a streamlining. Dried parsley from the Pleistocene Era? 3 models of Bread Makers you never use? Those go into the garbage and Goodwill pile, respectively. I educate my clients how to use 1 tool for multiple purposes and help them organize their spices and ingredients to maximize space and minimize clutter. By the time I leave you will feel inspired and ready to cook and excited about all our anal retentive labeling*. $125 per hour, over 3 hours, the price is reduced to $100 per hour. *must not fear the label maker.
Food styling I style naturally - no glues, sprays, gels, etc - just real food and really teeny tiny tweezers. $100 per hour.
Consultation Restaurant menu consultation, sustainable seafood consultation, consultations on consultation ;) $100 per hour
