Cornucopia's rates depend on menu, service style and number of guests. The following is an estimate to help guide you. Please contact us and we will be happy to prepare a personalized estimate for you.

Chef's Table for Four:
Demonstration cooking class (with some optional hands-on) for 4 people out of our home, $100 per person for 4 courses

Cooking demonstration parties: (4 dishes, fee does not include wine, rentals or gratuity) range of $75-$90 per person, minimum 8 students.

5-course dinner party: (served restaurant-style, fee does not include wine, rentals or gratuity) range of $90-$125 per person, mimimum 4 people

The ultimate dinner experience:
8-course meal matched with wines (fee does not include rentals or gratuity)
range of $180-$225 per person, minimum 4 people.

Couples package:
5-course menu matched with wines (fee does not include rentals or gratuity)
range of $400-$475 for 2 people

Kitchen Renovation/Design Consultation:
I've helped PCC design their teaching kitchens and I've renovated my own kitchen, doing much of the work myself. I can show you elements of my kitchen that help a cook be more efficient and how I incorporated green design into my renovation. I can also go to your house and consult with you about your renovation plans. $125 per hour, over 3 hours, the price is reduced to $100 per hour.
